May Announced as the winner of the City of Yan Tai public sculpture competition. During 2008 a monumental steel sculpture designed by the artist will be fabricated in Beijing, and then transported to the City of Yan Tai for installation.
June Exhibiting at the Carlow Arts Festival, Ireland. As a guest of the Festival, the artist will show new paintings and sculpture. This will be the first time that Teh's sculpture has been exhibited publicly.
2007
September Work acquired for the National Art Collection by The National Art Museum of China, Beijing.
August Commissioned by the Chinese Government to produce a monumental sculpture to celebrate the 2008 Olympic Games. Standing 15 meters tall, the steel statue will be placed close to the new National Stadium designed by award wining architects Herzog & de Meuron.
Solo show 'Sunshine', Yan Tai Art Museum, Shandong Province, China. Exhibition accompanied by a one hundred page catalogue including an essay by leading critic Professor Fan DiAn, Director of the National Art Museum of China.
